Boston Theatres - Boston is home to ninety theaters. Some of the best plays and musicals in the world are staged here. Tickets for shows can be hard to come by as they tend to sell out quickly, especially the big shows. Major production tickets can be bought before hand online but remember there are many other shows and productions and you’ll be able to pick up tickets when you are in Boston. Your hotel or the Tourist office should be able to give you a schedule of what’s on during your stay for the short run productions.

It’s easy enough to find Theaters in Boston as most of them are centered around the theater district. The Theater district in mostly located around the Boston Common. The area is also filled with numerous bars and nightclubs. Boston has a great tradition of classical music and the Boston Opera productions are world famous not to mention the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Boston Pops.
